Ordering/Delivery

Normally we ship vegetative plants (those actively growing from late March, depending temperature) through mid June and restart shipping plants in mid September through early November. Our dormant roots are shipped late winter (February) through early June and again from September through November.

All our plant materials are shipped UPS on Monday through Wednesday to avoid sitting over the weekend at shipping terminals. We will also use our truck to make local deliveries. To avoid delays please order early.  The earlier the better.  We accept orders of plants in fall for spring shipment. There are times we will ship dormant plants as there is less stress on the plants if they are not actively growing.

Note: Orders canceled less than 96 hours before delivery/pick-up will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Pick-ups: You may pick up your plants at our nursery, but please call to make an appointment and get directions.

Prices: Prices listed are subject to change without notice.

Payment:
All transactions will be met and on a cash basis, except when prior credit has been established. All bills are due at net 30 days and a 2% charge per month will be assessed on all late bills.

Customers are responsible for incurred collection fees.
